Do you have experience supporting (or trying to support) employees who live with episodic disabilities (EDs; conditions that are characterized by periods of good health interrupted by periods of illness or disability)? If so, we are requesting 15 minutes of your time to complete an online survey regarding your experiences with accommodating EDs in the workplace. Your responses will be used to help us develop information and resources to support employers to retain and support employees with episodic health conditions while meeting business/service objectives.
