Calling Participants! Relationship Crafting: A qualitative investigation of the relationship strategies used by working women

Do you find yourself balancing work and personal life? Have you ever felt that you had to choose one over the other?

If so, we invite you to participate in a study of how women navigate romantic relationships while supporting career goals. Participation includes completing a prelimary questionnaire online (approximately 15 minutes) and a one-on-one phone or Skype interview. 

This research will help establihs a clearer picture of the various factors that come into play when deciding whether to form and maintain romantic relationships at various stages of one's career.

As compensation, you will have a 1 in 5 chance of winning an amazon gift card (value of $25). 

To participate you must:

1. Identify as a female;
2. Be currently employed;
3. Be over 18 years of age;
4. Be a Canadian resident.

After completing the consent form, you will be able to access the prelimary questionnaire. Following this, you will be prompted to indicate your availability for a one-on-one phone or Skype audio interview.
