Launch of Strategic Plan 2023–27

We are excited to launch our Live Work Well Research Centre Strategic Plan 2023–27! You can view the Plan on our website or view the PDF.

The launch of our renewed Plan coincides with Human Rights Day on December 10, the 75th anniversary of the proclamation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). This landmark document laid out, for the first time, fundamental human rights to be universally protected.

The Live Work Well Research Centre focuses on ensuring that these rights are recognized in our work "anticipating, learning, and being responsive to the changing needs of diverse families and kin, lives and livelihoods, and living environments through research, teaching, and accessible knowledge sharing, including policy relevant and community-engaged activities."

Our renewal process, which started in the spring, involved meetings with our staff; Cluster Leads and Co-Leads; CSAHS faculty and staff; and institutional collaborators and partners to brainstorm and share ideas for renewing our Strategic Plan. We thank all those involved for their interest and engagement in the process.

Now that we have our Strategic Plan 2023–27, we value your continued support and input as we integrate the priorities, goals, and actions into our work for the next five years. Depending on your involvement with the LWWRC, you can help guide us toward achieving our goals, help us navigate roadblocks and challenges in completing our action items, and hold us accountable as we progress.

Thank you for your continued interest in the Live Work Well Research Centre.
