International Women's Day Conference and Call for Proposals, deadline Feb12

In honour of International Women’s Day, the Community Engaged Scholarship Institute (CESI) at the University of Guelph is holding its 7th annual virtual conference! 

The purpose of this year’s theme, “Refocus and Recenter,’ is to amplify the voices, expertise, and achievements of women, girls, and genderfluid communities in research and beyond, encouraging a re-evaluation of traditional methodologies and urging participants to explore how diverse perspectives reshape our understanding. 

The student-focused conference will take place on Wednesday, March 8th, 2024, from 10:30 am-4:30 pm EDT. More information on registration will be provided in the coming weeks! 

CESI is also inviting interested presenters to submit abstracts on a range of topics.  

The deadline to submit an abstract is February 12th, 2024.
